im go and looks some other servers and look what i find on one forum:

APPLYING FOR OP?
Here's what you need to do to apply for op+
Requirements: You must be at least lvl 20, and follow the format below.
1.) Click on "forums" at the top of the website
2.) Next, click on "Apply for op"
3.) Then, Start a new topic and answer the following questions:
Username:
Your "defined" level of experience:High medium low
Other servers you have been OP (or higher) on:
Why you wish to be OP?
How long have you been playing here?
How many cmds do you know?
What rank are you applying for?
Other information you would like to provide:
-i think that this server need this too!
